anyone going to NHRA event at Gateway this weekend?
Just wondering if anyone else is going. My dad and I are going Saturday. They usually put on an awesome show, especially the night qualifying! Nothing like seeing Larry Dixon lay down a 325 mph blast and a 4.60 ET
 Those engine builders can slap a 6000 hp motor back together in less than an hour perfectly every time...pretty impressive!

My younger bro and bigger bro will be there. Darn it, I wish I could go!
 I have never had an expierence like going to see the big dogs run. I remember sitting up at the car wash in Granite City (next to Madison, IL) and I swear I could feel the tailgate (sitting on it shootin' the BS) vibrate when they ran!  Ain't nothn' like those monster machines.

you guys should find the stock eliminator pits and go talk to the guys from Poston...according to the NHRA entry list they are fielding a pair of 455 GSs.
