neil, I believe that these were aftermarket conversions done soon after they were made new into ambelances.. (sp) no big deal

All the add on equipment could be removed and the vehicles returned to stock from the looks of them, besides its not like they've been run over by Tanks or something Ambulances and conversions don't rank to high on the concourse lists anyway unless it something like a converted 55 Starchief Custom Safari or Nomad.
