Steve Martin, how sad.......

That new movie of his with that fat female rapper. Gee, what an original premise, uptight whitey gets schooled by girlfriend on how to be down. See uptight whitey wearing the bling bling and getting down with the homies! See girlfriend in a fancy resturant (sp?) upsetting all the uptight white society ladies with her ghetto-fabulous style! See the ever unfunny Eugene Levy use hip-hop slang!

Even worse is that new Chris Rock movie. Same idea. A "with it" black president is gonna show them stuffy white people how it is to be down. A room full of old, stodgy politicians wiggling to a rap song. Ha ha ha, real funny.

It seems like some of the best ones don't make it to theaters or are overshadowed by other events. Super Troopers was pretty darn funny, and Donnie Darko was an awesome movie, but not a lot of people saw either in the theater.
