Question How do I get the drop down menu back for this site??

I was at work today and noticed that the drop down menu at the bottom left hand of the screen is no longer there. This was the menu that allowed you to switch to a different forum on this site.
Is it just me? I figured it might be something on the computer at work, but when I came home, it is the same.
Only reason why I mention this is because without the drop down menu it is very difficult to navigate this site.
Anyone have any ideas?
