They did this at the end of the klinton era to flea markets. They're lookng for weapons and other misilanious (sp) things. This is what our government is up to under obombout and it will get much worse.
 Just wait until they pull records and decide to come visit you to check on how you keep your personal stuff.

I don't think that the feds will be patrolling garage sales looking for recalled toys. This seems more like a law intended to be applied only if there were some harm done to someone from a sold second hand product. Either way, it's stupid. The resonsibility should be with the buyer.
