I like that show. I think one of his statements decribes how pepole view my GN. "It isn't the power, it's the suprise of the power."

That show is a breath of fresh air compared to most of the drivel out there. Those guys are hilarious together. Camera work was great, too bad shows produced in the US can't do something like this without it being one long infomercial.

I liked the vette lifting its front end when the driver got on it. Cooool.
I could only take so much anti-Americanism though.

Thumbs up

Top Gear has to be one of the best shows on TV. It by far blows away any automotive shows from this country. The best is when they buy cheap cars and drive them long distances. Go search for the one where they drive from Miami to New Orleans. Or when they attempt to destroy that Toyota Hilux diesel. Priceless!

James

Always nice to see a great episode of TG.

Only in America..."promise not to be entertaining"

TG is a nice break from the usual GMHighTech-ish shows we have.

I thought it was genius that Chrysler pulled their car from the show, so they went out and bought one. Way to go chaps! Couldn't even get that charger to break the tires loose.

I drove my buddies SRT8 Challenger the night he picked it up. Very nice car but it's kind of a dog. My buddy thinks he's got something for my GN now. He's in for a rude awakening when the weather gets nice.

You got that right. I have a SRT8 Charger.....fun to drive, but slow compared to my GN, unless your talking top end, then the Charger would kill most GN's. The Charger is like 4200 lbs, heavy, but drives great and stops on a dime. The Charger will run low to mid 13's.

This one is fairly decent, but Clarkson does really piss me off with his Anti-American statements. Fat Boy from Kentucky? Screw him, and his Euro junk.
