No. It's going to be a tough one to prove 'beyond a resonable doubt'. No body, no confession and very little evidence of any kind.

They arrested her yesterday 'switching cars'. Undercover officers were tailing her and she stopped under an underpass and hopped in a different car. Then her lawyer says she's sticking around to defend herself against the charges. Riiiigggghhht. They should put her in jail and never let her out.

well i went and got caught up on this case and woo! what a fit mother this one turned out to be, she said she has to hold her self together so when she has to speak to the detectives that she is grieving" damn check forgery, purchasing beer, sexy under garments and getting poop faced at night clubs is grieving?.......what next she and O J were out looking for the killers of their loved ones,what they need to do is put up posters of her child in her cell and run dvds of her daughter non stop until she cracks,poor little girl

thanks under pressure,this is one sad case what makes it worse is the way the mom is conducting herself, acting as though she cares when it's obvious she doesn't and then they catch her switching cars and driving out side of the county when it was made clear to her not to leave the county, one other thing that gets me is the way she has an excuse for her screw ups and only seems focused on her boy friend.Her parents need to stand up for their grand daughter, if that was my daughter and grand daughter,i would grill my daughter into telling the truth

There's probably a lot of evidence we don't know about. But, what has been proven among other things:

University of TN body farm (yes we actually have a body farm here) forensic experts have proven that a decomposing human body was in her trunk. Those fluids are still being tested for DNA remains.

One of the child's hairs as also found there. The testing to determine if it was deposited pre-mortem or post-mortem is still underway. Or they may already know that, which might have prompted them to go the the Grand Jury.

I live in the next county over but our local tv is saturated with this case & the search for the baby. Yes there neighborhood (a gated community) has turned into a circus with the surrounding homeowners up in arms. The guardian angels have been patroling the area trying to keep peace. As far as the switching of the cars.... Her mother dropped her off at her Bail bondsmans car to be brought into jail. He had a lot on the line & was bringing her in personally, she was not running.

That's probably true. They'd be smart to keep the details away from the media.

We had an incident here locally where a cop shot and killed a motorist at a traffic stop. Shot him 5 times. The cop had never had to use his gun in the line of duty. Not one official spoke of the matter to the press for months other than to say an investigation was ongoing. The newspapers tried their best to villanize the cop by putting the tearful family on the front page to talk about what a great kid he was, funeral on the front page, etc. and so on. But there just wasn't enough information for even the sleaziest journalist to piece together even a theory of what happened that night. Officials continued to be mum on the subject.

Last week the police told the story in a very carefully worded and through report. So thorough that the local rags couldn't find fault in it. The kid was drunk, high, speeding and tried to run down the cop once he got pulled over. Cop fired in self defense, killing the driver. It was brilliantly played by the authorities, I thought.

Hopefully this will play out the same way and this woman will either be put to death or spend the rest of her life in jail.

She was being followed & everyone got a little jumpy when she switched cars but she was not trying to run. The bondsman was just securing his investment.

Glad I don't live in FLORIDA but man the law enforcment is slooooow as poop. this should have been done a long time ago. But then again I am sure they were gathering evidence.
