Ford wrench?

eBay Motors: Orig Ford Model A Tool Kit A-17021 Adjustable Wrench (item 110276330417 end time Aug-09-08 14:33:16 PDT)

Hhhmm is this how the name "Ford wrench" came about?

No seriously I mean I use one at work sometimes, I never knew why it was called a Ford wrench but when I saw this auction it made me think about that maybe it was because when Model T's came out they would break down but be fixable (like changing a spare tire) and that perhaps that's how the wrench got it's name?
