want to see real time stupidity,come on down to belmont and central in chicago! more polish here then in warsaw they say. i believe it to.every spring we get the polish gran prix up&down belmont ave. cops have to close down street for over a mile because of the idoit's and the way they can't drive. in front of my apartment this guy had a narc car behind him. had light's flashing but no siren, just let people know he's there and watching.this moron doe's a SMOKEY burnout stopped in traffic with cop right behind him. cop arrested him for exibition of speed on top of not having a dl. COP HAD HIS LIGHTS FLASHING FOR GODS SAKE, how dumb do you have to be
