Newer radiator hold down plate, who makes this? Pics inside

I was looking through pics posted from Bolwing Green and stumbled apon this pic, does anyone know who makes/sells the radiator hold down plate on this car?

Thats John Bowling's car from Kentucky. That radiator hold down is made by Champion and is nice piece...but sells for $275 if I rem right.

94 views and no one knows for sure who makes it? Anyone know how I can get in touch with John Bowling since it's his car in the pic?
