GM Top Engine Cleaner

Can anyone get me the old part#1050002. I was told that the new stuff can't be poured in the throttle body pipe and must be atomized first. Thanks.

You can still get the old formula of TEC in a 16oz spray can. GM Part Number 1052626. From what I understand SeaFoam is more or less the same. Naptha is the secret ingredient in both.

From what my dealership parts guy told me, the "new" TEC is EPA compliant. Comes in a plastic bottle. I got the last three cans of the old stuff, and it came in a metal can. Ive used the new stuff pouring straight into the TB on my 5.7 truck motor, with no bad effects. Seemed to work just as good.

Sea Foam should be just about the same, as Eric said.
