...couple of days

I think on his website it mentions that it's based on demand and how busy he is but mine arrived in roughly 3 days. His chip is a great compliment to an alky system. Have fun tuning!

my experience is usually 1 week for him to get to my order and about 3-4 working days after that for the chip to show up. Its well worth the wait.

Mine took about a week but it was worth the wait! I also had Eric burn me a emissions chip.

Well, I was trying to chase down issues when I got mine from Eric. I gave him my FedEx acct number and he gladly obliged shipping it out that way to me. He knew I was in a bind and worked quickly to help me out. Heck, they even had a problem with shipping it and they called me at home to see what should be done. Great customer service. If you're wondering, you can always go onto the turbotweak website and drop Eric a note...

I PM'd him a question here about 2-3 weeks ago w/o response. I know this is irregular from what I hear, but I was trying to see what they need to know to make a chip, so i know what to provide.
TIA

Jump on his website. He lists what info he needs to burn a chip. If you have questions, he has a forum as well. Don't be shy!!!

Greg,
I may have accidentally deleted your PM when cleaning out the inbox. Shoot me another one, or just go to TurboTweak Home and click on the link at the top "How to Order a Chip". It tells you everything I need to know.

It typically takes me about a week to get the chip done, then a couple days to ship it.

Eric

It was about a week from when I placed the order online until it showed up in a cardboard video box.

Eric has a forum that you can post all questions to him. He will get back to you within 1 day. Also remember that the chip thing is not his full time job...he is a working man so give him a little chance. His products are well worth the wait.
