Looks like this is one week after the Buick Race Day in Norwalk.

I'll be in Reynolds next year as long as I'm not as poor as I am right now I gotta save up for some parts to keep up with you guys at BG in '08. It looks like it's gonna take a 9.50 just to be in the top 10, especially after I saw a new TSM car run that number a few weeks ago

My buddy just won Pinks in Tuscon last weekend. He raced in it last year in Pheonix with his 9.teens SB Nova and lost in the first round when his tranny brake failed. This time he was just going to help a friend and brought his tow vechicle, a mid 60's Chev p/u that runs mid 12's. He decided to enter it and they picked his group by surprise and he won. $13,000 Cash and the tools.

Nope. At 12:00 sharp I tried to sign up online and their site was all backed up. I tried to call and their line was busy. I finally got through after 1:30 and was told that they had their 400 cars in 12 minutes. I was also told they had over 5,000 people try to sign up.

That's awesome you got in 10secvega!

I completely forgot about it. When I looked on the website, it was sold out. I was hoping you and Steve got in.

Thumbs down

No luck here and none of my other buds knew anyone who got through. The website was shut down/clogged about 15 minutes till...had a friend with a T1 connection and he couldnt get in it. Phones lines were so busy that it would give you the "all circuts are busy now" message half the times I tried instead of a busy signal. I heard they let you sign up at the track also...alot I imagine got in that way if this was the case. So you didnt miss much Sam..lol
