My Opinion.......

I've looked at the prices that TR cars and parts are going for these days.....

and I've come to the conclusion that the modified cars, and S2 engines are going flat, price wise.

I think we're at the swing point where we should hang onto stock parts, and especially stock cars. The days of mods bringing more money are over. ( I admire the guys who return their cars to stock. )

I'm pissed I sold a stock 87 with 79,000 miless 2 years ago for $9000. Today it would probably bring $12,000 if not more out west here.

We were discussing this in another section of the forums a few days ago. There was just an eBay car with 77k miles that sold for $20,300, highly modified. So I wouldn't say the prices are going flat yet.

It changes day to day. Some days you'll see a modded car sell for hardly any money and some days a stocker won't sell too well either.

As time goes on stock GNs will be harder to find, but at the same time, if people really want a GN, they'll buy modded ones too.
