fired off engine
Well it has been over 2 years in the making(and spending). I finally got my engine fired off for the first time. My downpipe is still at the welders so it was a little loud!!
The only thing i really had to do was add some cranking fuel in the Big stuff 3. Now I just have to figure out a tune for the 95 lb/hr injectors. Still alot of little stuff to do,. check th400 cooler line pressure, get a driveshaft built change the oil and filter, figure out what coolant i want to run. I have some pics in my webshots link, check'em out.here are the specs: 109 block, .030 over diamonds, K-1 rods, eagle crank, bhj balancer, JW flywheel, RJC girdle, GN1 heads ported by Todd McKenzie, 224/224 .560 lift solid roller, 1.60 T&D's, BGC headers, Tial 44mm gate, PTE FM, 70 mm TB and Kenne Bell plenum, pte-70, custom 3.5" DP, 95lb inj, Gen 1 Bigstuff 3, Aeromotive A1000 pump. and alot of other little stuff. shooting for some high 9's or so. tell me what ya'll think. later, jeremy ps. many thanks go to Dan @DLS for parts and advice and Chris @Conleys for getting me some great machine work.
