May have to do this next to the wife's car :)
After seeing this LS1 Turbo TA on ebay and listening to the video clip I think a turbo kit on a 383 stoker would make it feel right.
eBay Motors: Pontiac : Firebird (item 200085429083 end time Mar-10-07 09:50:43 PST) After doing a heads/cam swap last summer, the car sounds great but still does not have that huge punch of power like the GN  ...so maybe a turbo like this one on ebay would do it...hehe
