That kid didn't look 4. Looked more like 2 years old.
I get people asking me all the time to make their Power Wheels remote control because their kids are "bad drivers". That particular model is a chinese knock off with a remote control and the video is the reason I will never make a "remote control" mod for Power Wheels because of idiot parents like these.

And you wonder why...
Kids get killed, get broken limbs, head injuries etc. If this isn't an irresponsible parent I don't know what is. Why take a chance? This type of stuff never stops amazing me. Atleast the kid had a helmet on
