My forward Facing headers about done !!!

A guy in houston is biuling me this set of headers for my 3800 Series II motor.... these should help spool A LOT.


only this pass side one biult so far






this was the first set he made...... and they will look like this only with updates plus i'm getting them ceramic coated

nice

hey looks good, i hear those heads have more potential than ours in stock form. what turbo(s) do you plan to run?, and are both banks going to dump into one pipe and into the turbine housing, or are you going with twins?

How much for those things? I want a set but in SS. I have plans to use the much better Series III production stuff for a smaller car with an autocross bent to it.

this was the first kit.... he's making some improvments on my set.... this set, in the pic below, is a year old lol (used to set up the jig)

i will run the same turbo (master power T-70) just with these headers..... right now its a revses ypipe setup.... not the best for spool

i think he will biuld them for ~$2000

Too bad that plenum won't fit the old 3.8. It looks to be MUCH better than any of the aftermarket doghouses that are available for the turbo engines. Would probably get rid of the flow distribution problem without the need for any plates/baffles.

85 GN, converted to 87 IC'ed stuff. TE-44, 60lb Mototrons, modded upper plenum, 204/214 cam, 3" THDP, test pipe w/dump, Neal Chance 3,000 converter, wired 340, TLink 4.0, F body rad, Intrepid dual fans, DIY: ported big valve heads, ported stock intake, 3" single shot with bullet and hi-flow cat, turbo saver, stock boxed uppers and lowers, poly bushings EVERYWHERE. (like working on my own junk...)

Turbo Tweak chips!!!

DAILY (only) DRIVER: Even been cross-country a few times.

get one from a 1999+ it dont have that angle in it...... what do you lower intake's look like?
