Black Or Silver???

Please forgive me. I know this is not buick related but I trust your opinions. I'm about to get my 1970 z28 painted. It will be either silver with black stripes or black with white stripes. Which one would you guys go with? It REALLY does not matter to me because I am going to sell it. (I want another GN!)...but I want the colors that will be most appealing to the buyer. That is my only 2 color choices. Thanks guys!

Take it from a 2nd Gen Camaro gear head that has a 70 Z28. You can also post your Q here http://www.nastyz28.com/cgi-bin/Ulti...assCookie=true

I would go with these rare colours:
http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/G...967/TN/70c.jpg

http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/G...967/TN/71n.jpg

http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/G...967/TN/70j.jpg

http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/G...3967/MOVED.jpg

A white car is dull and boring and a black car, unless you have a perfect STRAIGHT body, black will show all the inperfections.

Check some pics out from my site http://ca.geocities.com/1970z28@roge...hoto_album.htm

or this guys site http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Garage/3967/.

silver with black stripes, as well for me. I read in Car&Driver that silver has outsold any other color in almost every car in the last few years, making it very popular with buyers!

A guy in my home town had a 2nd gen z28 split bumper that was black with white strips. That thing just looked mean. I vote for black with white stripes.

In my opinion, black just doesn't do the early 2nd gen lines justice. Silver with black stripes gets my vote.

I have to second this one. if you were to keep it then do what you would want to, although black with the silver stripes looks awsome . IMO

I really appreciate everyones opinion. Silver it is. I ordered it today. It's "bright silver metallic clearcoat" It's going to be the color on the 2006 Dodge charger.
