I'm looking for broken parts

Hey Everyone-
I am doing a design project for my failure analysis class. I am looking for failed engine parts such as pistons and cranks to do my failure analysis report on. The only requirement for the part is that the fracture surfaces were not put back together after the part broke. Please email me at mjd8@lehigh.edu if you can help. Thank you very much

Tell ya what,

I'll break the part if you promise to replace it! Just kidding.

When do you need these broken parts by? I have some broken parts possibly laying around. How 'but a flywheel? It's not BROKEN, but it cracked up real nice. :P

I think I have a broken hyperpathetic piston from a boosted LT1. I will have to check.

Later,

Steve.

I'd definitely pay for the shipping, and there is no rush in getting them, I was just seeing if I could acquire some stuff. Thanks for everyone's help, what else you guys got?

I don't have engine parts, but I do have a failed ring and pinion. Here are pics:

Broken Ring and Pinion

I will ship them to you if you want them.
