What cars share the TR's bolt pattern?

Call me nuts, but I really like plain steel wheels. I want to scrounge around and try to find some old Corvette Rally wheels, or even just some deep plain jane steelies for the TR. I'd just paint them silver and slap on some chrome trim rings. Not concerned with any center caps, the lugs will be exposed.

Most all GM rear wheel drive cars have 4 on 4 3/4" bolt pattern.

First time I noticed that it friggin wierded me out. Most any G-body wheels, S-truck wheels, F-body wheels will be the right pattern. I think Crown Vic wheels will work too, could be wrong on that one though. keep in mind offset is another issue entirely though. Astro wheels will not work, nor will any Silvarado series trucks, and Caprice wheels which are 5X5. That sucks ass, I want a set of T-type wheels for my Astro van Steel wheels are a good choice for a T-type, it's sort of "disarming" versus say a shiny set of Welds.

Well, I'd tell you that I'd sell you my T wheels to buy some steelies, but I don't want to get rid of them *shrug*

I think I'm just sick of all of the "Bling" (Damn I hate that word) nowadays... Everything you see on TV is decked out in chrome 22" wheels, TV sets in the headrests, X-box's, etc. etc.
It's all so obnoxious, I thought the 80's were the "decade of excess". The 80's have nothing on the '00's.

I'd say I like "Old School", but that term is getting worn out too... "We're buildin' us a old school chopper here, blah blah blah..."

I just like the simple things I'd take a so called "Rat Rod" over a billet Boyd sculpture any day...

The base model Chevy S10 2wd has 15x7's with an angled slot pattern on them. They are already painted silver and would look decent with a trim ring. Could probably be gotten for cheap too.

Thanks, I haven't had much time to do anything with it, it's put away for the winter right now. Only thing I have a problem with is, he said the car passed emissions, and indeed it had an '06 sticker on it. I brought the car back and it failed emissions horribly. He had told me the cat was gutted, so I bought a new cat and it still failed. Now that I have a Scanmaster I'll make sure everything is dialed in properly, and I'm going to get a classic plate for it so I don't have to deal with emissions. I did a compression check on it about a month ago, and all of the cylinders were 150lbs, give or take a lb or two.

My wife came into the house one day and said to me "I see your Chrysler Sebring passed emissions". I looked at her with the face. She said "Go check out the sticker on your Buick." . So I go out to the garage, and the inspection sticker on the window has, in small print, "'03 Chry Seb". (Think it was '03, but you get the idea) . I can't think of a single legit reason why that sticker is on there, but I haven't bothered to ask him about it. It's too late now anyways.
Regardless, the car seems solid, and I look forward to slowly getting it to where I want it.
