Well this is the end of the day for me. ASE testing tonight (brakes), next Tuesday(Advanced engine perf and alt fuels) and Thursday(engine repair, electrical and performance). To all those taking fall ASE test, good luck to you and hope you pass all the test you signed up for.

Good Luck !! And remember, when in doubt.... technician "A" is usually smarter than technician "B"

Took 4, passed 4. Good luck.

Scott's right, usually tech B is holding the flashlight. Tech A is right.

Good look. I'm sure you will do well. I passed 3 of 3 (Electrical, Steering and Suspension & Brakes).

I stopped when I went to work for Mercedes Benz because they don't recognize them. I went through there 4 month ELITE school, hosted by UTI, in Orlando Florida before I was hired.

I've got 8 to take on the 18th. I am recertifying again. At least I won't be stuck there for hours like the very first time I took the tests. There are fewer q's on the recertifications. Good luck all.

I actually never went to a UTI technical school, but I hear it is excellent. Many of the students in the MB ELITE program were from UTI so it must have been a good school. To get into the program, I had to take a 100 question test on every area of the vehicle and have high grades in the technical school( Apex Technical) I attended. I'm sure they went through the same.
