What kind of car is this?

I saw it parked facing the road and originally thought it to be a 1978-1983 malibu due to the identical front end. But once I got a better angle on it while driving by it was a two door hatchback. Looked like a CRX with the Malibu front end. Anyone know what this is?

It had that front end on it...also it had a small cowl induction hood too.

OMG!!

Now I know I'm getting too old when I can chuckle at somebody who's too young to recognize a Citation.
