Keith Mease and Mease Performance

Well, I'm going to just be honest on this one. Yes, I have seen some comments about Keith not selling to the public. That is completely wrong. I ordered the 24 row intercooler from him directly, and was going to send him a stock unit with an upgraded neck for a swap. $900 to my door and $140 back when he got my stocker. i sent him the money via cashier's check and certified mail on January 15th. I lost contact with his shop about a week or so later. I cannot get ahold of anyone, no emails are being returned either. I am very concerned about my money. I don't want the product anymore. I am not going to pay good money for a product when I can't even get customer service. I would much rather spend the extra cash and buy a different unit form someone else with a reputable history. I know I'm not the only one here that has had problems with Keith in the past. I hope Keith sees this post. Because, Keith, I am filling out paperwork with the County of Burlington Consumer Affairs Division. And, the funny thing is, the guy knew your name. this evidentily isn't the first time someone has had a problem with you. Send me my money back. Let's not make this get personal and end up in a court battle. And, I don't have a problem getting a lawyer on this matter. I suggest you contact me ASAP.

Keith, I just noticed your post on your moving situation, don't you think it would have been nice to tell some customers about what was going on to relieve some concern?

My friend is also having problems with him not delivering.
On november 08/03 (approx) he responded to a thread called ''stock intercoolers bought here'' and sent his intercooler and new shroud plus a $350 m.o. for a stage 2 intake.
Well he was told the intake was boxed up and ready to go the next ups pick up on the 2nd week of december and has not received it ,got a phone call, email nothing!
Because of this his car will not be at Bowling green this year, everything is done but no intake.

He was told the intake is boxed and ready to be shipped almost 3 months ago!!!!!
How hard could it possibly be to drop off a carton for shipping at the post office????????????

This is the constant problem that UI have been having. Keith doesn't seem to worried about taking care of his customers.

We are so lucky that someone like Keith is still making stuff for our cars. He doesn't have to you know. Quality parts take time to make. I didn't think you could buy through him either but lots of people still seem to. I would buy from him directly too just to cut out the "middleman". However I probably wouldn't expect to hear or see anything for several months but that's ok I'm in no hurry either.

Cartman, have you been living under a rock or are you just ...... nevermind.

As for the rest of you, I have no simpathy for your experiences with Mease.

READ THE ARCHIVES YOU RETARDS!

Sorry, I don't know any of you and I should'nt insult you. Sorry.

I would'nt buy anything that costs more than $1 from M.P. unless I could pick it up at his shop within the hour(where-ever it is this week).

Live and learn again and again and again and again............

Cheese....If you type in Keith Mease in the search engine, you will find posts dating well back into last year about Keiths questionable shipping practices. I went through an ordeal with him myself that lasted several months. The retard comment was a little harsh, but the info was there if you had looked or asked before ordering. It will provide little comfort because you are still waiting for your stuff, but I will say this about Keith.......to date I know of NOONE that he has outright ripped off and not eventually gotten their order. He is hard to reach. It can be very frustrating. Stay after him and he will do you right in the long run, if you can last that long.

Like I said, I was a little harsh.

His products are'nt the be all, end all so there is NO excuse why anyone should give him there money without product in hand.

When I buy something I want to see it, touch it, ect..... or no sale!

It just baffles me why some of you still believe his B.S.

In your eyes I have no class but I DO have all the parts I paid for.

Maybe the way to deal with Mease parts is to order them COD.

I find it hard to believe living in Canada as you do, that you drive all over the U.S. to buy your parts so you can touch and see them before you lay done the bucks!
I assume if that is the case you have hardly any parts on your car.

It is unreal that some guys are going out of there way to send money his way!

Aggressive Performance is 45 mins. from my house.

Ramchargers is 35 mins. from my house.

The other vendors I have bought from have shipped my parts trouble free.

No, I don't drive all over the country to buy stuff but then again I don't deal with vendors who have been publicly blasted for poor service.

You can try and justify a poor decision on choosing a vendor all you want, but the hard facts speak for themselves.

Cheeseburger are you telling me you/your friend NEVER heard of KMs buisness practices????

Id buy KMs parts in a second, just not stupid enough to buy from him DIRECT.I do not like his customer service reputation. That is why I ended up with all ATR gear from Aggressive Performance.

I really do feel sorry for anyone who doesnt get parts that they paid for

Im sure everyone will get there products once KM gets settled in at his new place.

BTW its common sense, not commen sence

I say we change their name. Instead of vendors we should call them Nomads.
