Lightbulb TV show about an Automotive Performance shop....

The other night I was at home watching the show about OCC (Orange County Choppers) on the Discovery Channel and I thought to myself it would be cool if they did a show like this about an Automotive Performance shop that buillds race cars as well as fast street cars....... What do you think about this?? Think it would be a good idea?? Maybe Bill Anderson would volunteer to have his shop on TV

i believe the same people who do monster garage are gonna be coming out with "monster hot rod". It looks pretty cool, it was part of a commercial. I always wanted them to do something like that too.

Yeah I think I heard something about a Hot Rod show which does sound pretty cool...... I personally hope they don't only show them building show cars..... I'd like to see a show about building fast street/strip cars and all out race cars..... I just think it would be really cool to see all the work that goes into building these cars (suspension, motors, etc.) and then see them tuning them and racing them at the track..... All the custom fabrication and thought that goes into the cars is what really interests me!

Maybe one of these days a big name guy like Pat Musi, Sonny Leonard, or (in my dreams) Kenny Duttweiler will have a TV show

For "American Hot Rod," Piligian recruited custom-car legend Boyd Coddington, whose famed family-owned shop is located in La Habra, Calif. A pilot for "Hot Rod" has already aired and will be repeated on Friday, Jan. 16. The following Friday - Jan. 23 - "Hot Rod" will officially premiere with the first of 13 episodes.

Should be cool.
