The use of alcohol injection

The title says it all...

I know its no at BG.. what about the other races? Why is it not allowed if it can/could be used to save an engine?

Seems to me if racing fuel is okay to use, then alky should also be allowed! Alky and an intercooler serves the same purpose, so is intercoolers not allowed?

Well, if you think about it, Nitrous oxide lowers your inlet temps also...... should it be allowed?
