Proposed TSM Rules Clarifications/Changes for 2006

Based on what I heard from TSM racers during the 2005 season, the rules are being amended to be more clear and to specifically allow some previously disallowed safety equipment. Again, based on what I have heard, I propose the follow list of rules be used for the TSM Point Series beginning in 2006. I am also proposing that all 2006 Buick events that run a TSM race use these rules.
