Unhappy HELP- trans seems like its locking up with no power plug plugged in

I have no clue with whats up with the transmission.Felt like the tcc was starting to go bad
(locking up trans at 25 mph) so i un plugged it and its still doing it!!!
Its locking up in 2nd gear -4rth gear.
held it in 1st gear and it wouldn't lock-it doesnt die at a idle either.
no clue whats going on


Could be just sifting from 2-4 but its a terrible bog
govener stuck

tv cable is set right


Please i need the trans guys!

the solenoid could be jammed on by debris .if the valve in pump is stuck upshifted it will do it too. remove pan and inspect solenoid and valve.post results lets fix it.

The valve (converter l/u) is directly above the tcc solenoid and is what the solenoid is activating to make the l/u clutch work.
