Transmission problem

Okay, totally fresh rebuild with all of Bruces parts + servo

After a run or extended driving - it will try to launch in 2nd gear from a stand still. If I put it into 1st manually it launches just fine.
I tried putting it in low first & then into overdrive and it launches better , but I still think it launches best in low.

Am I losing pressure somewhere or is there a stuck valve.
The T.V cable adjustment seems perfect with shift timing on the money.

Bruce, is there anything else besides the gov springs that would cause the car to start out in 2nd gear?

Everything else works flawlessly - can it have anything to do with the valve body? I once had a trans-go kit installed with the higher capacity boost valves and TV valve (no drilling mods)
