Lokar TV cable on a Holley....

Hi All,

I'm building another swap, a carb'ed LS-1 with a 200R4 in a '72 Maverick. I'm mocking up the TV cable (Lokar) using the Holley TV cable actuator bracket (20-95?) on a #0-82751 750DP and the Lokar mount bracket. I'm seeing 1.00" of "pull" at the tranny end while sweeping through the entire throttle range, is that enough?

Not even in Chris's Book?

Should I be concerned? Is there even a "dimension" for this ? ? ? I'm unable to find anything other than diagrams for the carb end. Nothing on "length of cable pull" at the TV valve...

I'd be appreciative if someone could mark and measure their cable pull on a typical GN throttle body setup!

Nevermind, I'll figure it out when the time comes (along with 1,000 other things). I'm getting too old to try and remember all this stuff anyways...

That's the bracket I have. Since I only have 1.0" of actual cable travel, I will use the pressure setting method when the time comes.

Thanks for the replies,
