Have you checked the adjustment on your T.V. cable?

do you mean it seems to just shift at a certain speed regardless of throttle position? It sounds strange to measure shifting in feet to me. Are you talking about WOT? If it shifts in 15 ft only going 5 mph that would be strange!
also do a search on TCC solenoid, it may be that...

The tv cable is correct i have checked it 3 times. When i pull out from a complete stop normal if shifts from 1st to 2nd then 3rd to soon. The trans only have 125 miles on it so i have not hit full throttle.

Need more info. Was the trans just rebuilt? Is it a BRF transmission? Was the TCC solenoid replaced? Have you checked the line pressure?
