How do I ID the valve body?

I have three, 4203 D3 326 AS
4203 D11 296 AS
4203 D3 216 AS
The one in the car is the 326 the governor is different from what the GN looks like, My shift points are to high and moving around. Is this the wrong governor ? Have no history on the trans. Where do i start??? Thanks for any HELP!
