transmission troubles help!?!?

well when i bought my 86gn it had a newly rebuilt trans. but noticed it had a pretty good sized leak so i took it out and had it rebuilt/checked out by my transmission shop and he said it was all good. but.... it still leaks really bad out of the front input shaft. i checked to see it the flexplate is bent or warped and it is not and the seal fits nicely onto the converter so im stumped. does anyone have an idea of what the problem could be or what else i could check

well i found that there are cracks at the bottom of the notches on the converter hub/shaft and called ptc as its their converter thats in the car and said that could cause it to leak. so as of right now thats the only problem i could find but will keep looking...
