getting manual control and instant manual shifts in 2004r

Guys, I need some help with getting manual control on my 200-4r and keep auto operation. Its still in the building stage and all apart. I have a shift kit from Dana at probuilt automatics, its the sk200 kit upgraded to the heavy duty shift kit by his standards. I made it clear to him that I wanted full control, downshift any RPM, hold any gear etc. He said I have to have a valve body with the letters AK or AJ on it, which I do, and thats the one that I need to hold manual low.

However Im afaid this isnt what I really want. I wanted it to perform like being able to hold all gears to any RPM and to downshift at any RPM. Will it perform like this with the kit and AJ valve body?

Also how do you make it so it doesnt lag 1-2 seconds after you manual shift?

Is their plugs, holes, spring, I can add for it to perform like I want it

Id really appreciate any help.

What you are saying is you want manual control but be fully auotmatic in OD.
I don 't see why it won't be OK.

yes I want to be able to put it into 1st in a race, shift it at 6500, same into into 3rd. and make sure it doesnt lag, like move the lever then it shifts, not move the lever and 2seconds later it shifts. Just want it to perform like manual/auto valve body.

I guess with the valve body i have and the modified shift kit it should be pretty close to what I want

Im actually not all that sure either, I dont think it is a ID#, I asked Dana@probuilt to make me a kit how I wanted, and he said that I needed a valve body with the letter AK or AJ on it to hold in manual low, So Im guessing its going to perform how I want.
