While at Bowling Green in 2005, I've seen an aluminum crossmember at Aggresive Performance trailer.

Me and a friend were talking of mass producing some.Theyd be for 2004r's Im thinking pricing in the $150 range.The 1st run will be of 10-20 and if they sell,well do more.I think I saved around 4 lbs with mine.

A tubular one would be too thick. The one shown has a double hump needed for dual exhaust.

To thick???I think not!!!Mine are 1 3/4 DOM,.120 wall.

Why use one?Because it looks nicer and weighs less!!!!More than a lil nicer,A TON NICER.Not to mention it gives you alot of room towards the tailshaft,you never know when you might need to hang a GV off of your trans

I want a chrome moly one. And only with one hump. And I would agree that there is a weight savings to be had. If I had enough interest I would make some. No idea on a price thought.

BRF 200r4 built with alto reds, Billet servo, Transgo shift kit, Forward drum, CK's 3600 9 inch nlu, custom pan with rear sump.

GTA fronts with LS1 front brakes and Baer rears. Chrome moly custom upper and lowers with 3.42 gears and moser axles.
