2004R trans

I am rebuilding my 85 GN from the ground up,and want low 11's.The trans has 110,000 miles on it.Want do you guys recommend,Does anyone know a kick Azz shop in PA(Near Philly) to have my trans rebuilt with a trans brake? What am I looking at price wise?Any help would be great, Thanks ROB
