Help choosing stall..9.5" Edge converter

Well im looking into buying a 9.5" L/U converter for my 85 GN from Edge converters. Was just wondering if you guys could give me a little help choosing how high of stall i should go. The car see's the track some thursday nights for test and tune but is a daily driver and would like to keep very nice on the street. My first thought was about 3000 but figured i would ask some of you guys first since all ive dealt with before is TH350's. Setup's in sig. Any help's appreciated.

When i bought it (from board member) they explained it as being a TA49 in a hot-air housing. It actually looks identical to the stocker unless it's off the car and you look at it from the sides. You can tell where it has been machined and is larger from the sides though.
