Snap ring with "hooks" at both ends
Guys I need help here...I'm at the final assembly of my trans (2004R) and I'm not sure where the case snap ring with the "hooks" at either end goes, is it (ATSG) # 530, 515, or 506??
TIA, HOW

it retains the center support to the case and the beveled side goes up as well as the fact that the open ends should be installed in the case void so it can come out easy next time.you should have got a copy of our manual .
