How hard is it to swap a Non-Lockup 200r4 to a lockup?

How hard is it to swap a Non-Lockup 200r4 to a lockup? I have a possible lead on a tranny that is a non-lockup, but I would prefer a lockup. Since 90% of the time I will be on the road, but I do plan to run a full season next year.
