TV adjustment..how many clicks??
I just put in a new trans today. Seemed to shift a little soft so I checked the TV cable. It looked like all the notches were pulled toward the firewall. I pushed the D tab and it pulled back about an 1/8 inch. I pushed the gas pedal to the floor with the floor mat removed and it only clicked once. I can still see all six notches. This is not the factory setting is it. I thought it was 3 or 4 notches showin.
Anyway, with it pulled all the way out it shifts soft at part throttle and shifts very quick on the 2-3. Any ideas?

I just messes with mine today and the further back towards the firewall, the harder and later it shifts.

Thanks for the reply. I think I finally figured out I must have a problem with the converter. After being able to make a WOT pass, the car doesn't even act like it's shifting.
Like it's blowing thru the converter. Oh well, guess it's coming out....again.
