Question Cure for the 94-95's???

Has anyone come up with a cure for the 94-95 4L60E trannies not shifting out of first @ wot with a stall higher than 2800? I have one here that was rebuilt by another shop 3 time with the no wot shift and a host of other problems (I have corrected). I was going thru some old GMHTP mags and noticed an article with Eric Schertz when he was still at Countyline. My customer has the LT1 Edit and even programming it to shift at 20mph, it hangs out at redline until he lifts. At first I thought the crappy 1-2 shift solenoid the original rebuilder used were malfunctioning (not holding/getting blown open) and all have been replaced with dealer solenoids.

Then I came across this article and it says "Our Vigilante converter, a favorite among hardcore F-body racers, was designed to stall at 2800rpm. That's a fairly common size due to the fact that the computer-controlled 4L60E transmissions in '94-'95 F-bodies seem unable to shift properly with stall speeds above 2800rpm...Nobody we've talked to knows exactly why..."

I am waiting for some parts and would like to take care of this before he gets the trans back. I do have the TransGo kit TRG-4L60E in it and have used this kit in quite a few other E's and never had this problem as they were all later units. This is the first 94 that I have put together for hi horsepower use and don't want it back.
