Art Carr converter ID
Does the # 18030 mean anything to anyone? It is supposed to be an ArtCarr non l/u 3000 stall. Only 3 numbers on it are (18030, 3 380, 1201) and the 18030 looks like the best possible AC p/n.
I want to make sure it's truely non-lockup.
