Was flare, now 3rd slips at heavy throttle
Old combo had a 2-3 slight flare, making a couple more HP now and the thing slips in 3rd until I let off. Unless the tires are spinning, but I dont think I make that kinda power....
3rd is direct clutch right? Any methods a DIYer can do for more apply power? I'm gonna go thru the thing soon, prolly put the wide band, I think one of them fancy superpumps (tired of the regulator buzz I get with my level 10 pump), what is the best programming kit. I know the gewrews have their own stuff they like to use, but I dont have $1800-2000 to pay a gewrew todo it. SO since I CAN, I might as well. Any of you trans pro's offer a KIT? Using all the preferred parts you like to use? Jim
