350 200 swap

Is a 2004r a direct swap with a 350. Or will there be cross member and drive shaft mods to make.

you need to locate a 2004r crossmember and transmission mount and must install a throttle valve cable.

Chris is right and his answer assumes that the TH350 has the correct bellhousing pattern and the short, 4" tailhousing.

Thanks this would be going into a 1976 sky hawk with a 350 ci buick motor. It has run a best of 12.55 @107 1.80 60' with the slow shifting 350 and tight converter. I have a 2004r under the work bench that had been gone through by jimmys trans and cant decide if i want to put it in the sky hawk.

Unhappy 1976 Skyhawk. I miss mine.

It was my first car.

Heck. I'd sure be tempted to make the swap, especially if you drive it much on the street. You'll love it.
