Here are some pics of todays progress. It's been a while since I posted a thread like this so I figured I would do one.

We have the bare case cleaned and prepped. Then we have the bottom 3rd ready for assembly. Then we have it as it goes into the unit. Bottom 3rd is together and will work on the rest of it Sunday. Still a long way to go.

I figured you would like it if I put up a thread since you can check for updates and pics daily.

Today I got the fwe clutch housing, direct clutch and center support done and installed. I have started on the pump and overrun 4th clutch assy's. I need some pr valves to do my thing with the pump...working on that. Here are the pics. I had to get another drum as the band surface was .006 concave.

A few notes..wish we took some R&R pics to finish the thread.

Besure you address that cooling system 210 is ok but like to see it lower than that. 160 stat maybe and F body Radiator($100).

I also forgot to show you my trans cooler on the GN. Plenty of pics in threads to cover that though. Don't beat the trans up too much before getting a good cooler since it runs about 200ish.

    Noted.

I've got some pictures that I took with my cell and Chelsey took with her tablet that I will put up in the morning.

Yes it did..but it is a bit low now...sits around 700 and dips as low as 625 now. Sounds like it is trying to stall. I'm going out there in the morning and bumping it up a tad to get it closer to 800. BUT..it held! It must have just been winged open all the way like you were thinking. I am emailing myself those pics now.
