THS Rules for 2012

So you know I made the promise to JD last year on the phone when me and him were discussing the rules. He left the class now but I still plan on honoring the promise.

Sorry your definition and mine don't match. The section needed a moderator before the rules conversations started so we did not end up with the clown fest we had last year. That got and then we were into Thanksgiving time and I figured everyone had more important family stuff to do then worry about THS rules.
