    I run a fresh 2004r in a full weight stock body-3200/3400 stall.

The car runs about 465 h.p.

I leave the car in overdrive and leave with 8 to 10psi..

    Boost @ 25 psi.

    on average I see:

    1.60 60'

    11.50 1/4's

Would I benifit any by shifting through the gears. If so at what RPM 's...
To tell the truth I am too busy looking at my knock and 02 to ever switch the scanmaster to RPM to see what its doing...What is a safe cut off for high RPM?

Leave it in OD and drive. Most consistant way and honestly you will not see any improvement by manually shifting your 2004r.

If your locking the converter manually or if it's set in the chip (tt chip for ie) I would launch the car in 3rd and leave it til end of run.
