Any tricks or techniques to lowering my 60FT times?

Most recent trip to track included:
    60 Ft: 1.8441
    1.8186
    1.9176

I have been in the high 12s consistently, Running Mickey Thompson Slicks, Leaving at 3 - 5lbs on foot brake! I have been told 1.6's should be the goal. With 11-13lbs in tires. Suppose I need to keep a little more detailed info on each run...working on that!
Just looking for helpful driving tips!

    Thanks

Vids of the launch, closeups of how the tires are reacting, and as U mentioned, detailed records are astart.
More info as to how the car is set up is necessary, in order to go much further.

No one can tell you anything until you tell us what the car does...Yes it 60's slow, what but is it actually doing?? Spinning?? Just doesn't leave very hard??

Are we talking about a 10 sec. car or a 12 sec. car??
