Looking for ACCEL CALMAP DFI software to install on laptop

    I am going to hook up my 84-85 hot air engine to run on my stand using the old DFI system from ACCEL. I used to run this years ago but the software was put on my old laptop which is now gone from a floppy disk. Is there a way I can down load this program or can someone send it to me so Ii can install it on my newer computer. Thanks

    If the laptop has windows xp on it , it will not work you need windows 98 on it or earlier.

    How do I do that? Can I just download win 98 on my laptop and just use that for CALMAP and then run XP for all else on the computer? Will that work?

    Yes you must install both operating systems on the computer.

    It's not likely to work on any computer without an on-board serial port. It will be hard to find a laptop that can run this software and connect to the ECM.
