I will be on e85 next season with a 2nd pump, inline along with my DW in-tank. Looking for suggestions on the 2nd pump. A DW is ok by me if it's suitable...it will be on full time. FWIW i am dealing with all restrictions on the return side...and new -10 feed etc... Also, what would be an acceptable way to wire it? Lastly, will be adding 1 inline filter between the pumps and looking for micron # suggestions. Thanks.

Thanks for the PM"s guys. Seems the DW pumps isnt designed to be used external as it would overheat.

If I was going to install a fuel filter between two pumps, I would use a 100 micron filter......purpose would be to catch any pieces of a failed primary (1st) pump from screwing up the secondary (2nd) pump. In my humble opinion, it is best to go to an external pump with a 100 micron filter between the tank and the pump and a 10 micron filter between the pump and the fuel rails.

x2 Excellent pump. Walbro GSS342 is a good one, too.

It's hard, but the Bosch Motorsports 413 will (but expensive). And they both are rated for E85 (500 hrs).
